Big hype, little substance

The location captures the charm of the old city, with a vibrant atmosphere and great access to local attractions. The staff shines with their friendly, accommodating nature. Yet, the basic amenities and limited noise insulation leave something to be desired. Non-ideal room features may detract from an otherwise appealing stay.

The communal kitchenette with a fridge and kettle was a great perk! Had an amazing time chilling with fellow travelers in the common room. Plus, the location by the old town was spot on, making exploration super easy!

Couple Friendly Experience

The lady at reception was incredibly helpful,, she told us about the Barik card which saved us a lot of money and helped us explore the sights. The location was excellent, close to everything, shops, bars, and even the market.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but you know, it was still acceptable.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice natural light from the huge window. Hot water was great, and I loved the blockout curtains for a good night's sleep. The daily cleaning kept everything fresh. The staff were awesome, giving great tips for the area.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend escape in Bilbao with best value. The shared space with a cozy balcony was a nice touch to relax after a long day. Bring your own snacks since only a vending machine is available for food.
